TOY STORY
I first noticed these lost and abandoned toys on my street walks during lockdown. They looked sad, and sometimes sinister, and appeared to reflect the anxiety of the world during the uncertain days of the Covid19 Pandemic. I thought about the children who must of once loved them, and wondered about the affect that Lockdown was having on child mental health.
But not all toys were discarded. Some were carefully placed so that they could be seen and passed on to other children. Seeking connection and showing a generosity of heart.
